A native of Pearl River County, Mississippi, Liz Kessie has called the Mississippi Gulf Coast home since 1979. Liz has over thirty years experience in the commercial real estate business on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation in 1992 and is a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI). Ms. Kessie is a current member of ICSC and has been involved in the development of properties along the coast for Waffle House, Sonic Drive-In Restaurants, Starbucks, CVS Pharmacies, Sprint, C-Spire, Krispy Kreme Donuts and many others over her years of practice on the Gulf Coast. Her vast knowledge of Commercial Real Estate in Mississippi has allowed her to become a valued expert in her field. She has been quoted in articles in various publications such as the national publication, Commercial Investment Real Estate Journal, Mississippi Business Journal, and Sun Herald.
Liz Kessie is a member and Past President of the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Edgewater. Liz has served on the Board of Directors of the Biloxi Bay Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Military Affairs Committee for the Biloxi Bay Chamber of Commerce, a former member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board and Past President of the Biloxi Lighthouse BPW. She served as 2015 President of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Attractions Association as well as the Advisory Board and Member of the Marketing Committee for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Regional Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, an advisory member of the Community Development Committee of the Jackson County Chamber and has served on the Board of Directors for the South Mississippi Aids Taskforce, Mental Health Association of South Mississippi, as well as various committees on the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce. Liz also served as an Honorary Commander at Keesler Air Force Base for 2014 and 2015.
Liz believes in giving back to the community through her service in the many civic organizations in which she belongs. She is a seasoned real estate Broker-Associate, who is ready to help with any small or large project. Liz Kessie prides herself on education, experience, honesty and hard work!
