Warren H. Dedeaux is the owner and principal/responsible broker of Vision Realty Group. He holds a B.A. degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a Juris Doctor. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2007 and is currently a candidate member of the CCIM network and a member of the ICSC.
From 2007-2011, Warren worked for a real-estate development company where he gained keen insight in the land development process from preliminary project site/cost analysis, zoning requirements and environmental issues to working with local municipalities on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to obtain subdivision and building permit approvals.
In 2011, Warren attended the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he completed his Juris Doctorate in December 2013, graduating Cum Laude. He served six months as a judicial law clerk extern under Federal Magistrate Judge Robert H. Walker. Then, he spent a year as an associate attorney with Dummer, Lowery & Savarese, gaining experience in construction law, real property transactions and contract negotiations/formation.
Warren Dedeaux also places high priority on being involved in his community. He has graduated the Leadership Gulf Coast program put on by the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Corporate Board for the Boys & Girls Club of the Gulf Coast. Warren is also committed to making sure a percentage of all profits generated by the Company go to support community organizations.
